Yes. We come to wherever the car is, so you do not need to move it before you decide.
Can an inspection make me walk away from a deal?
It can. It can also give you confidence to buy, or specific points to negotiate. Either way you pay for what you know, not what you assume.
What should I send you beforehand?
The make, model, year, mileage and the seller's location. If you have photos or the registration details, send those too.
